Globo is Latin America's largest media-tech company. Over the years, I've worked with its digital products and internal teams, including Cartola FC, Globoplay, Customer Journey, and the Big Data team. Most recently, I faced some exciting challenges in increasing user engagement on G1 – Brazil's leading digital news provider. My primary responsibilities at G1 include understanding user needs and addressing them in accordance with product strategy, performing qualitative and quantitative analysis, collaborating with quarterly planning, developing problem hypotheses for testing, designing flows and UI, carrying out usability testing, and leading design sessions with the development team and stakeholders.
Setta is an agency that connects digital influencers to brands through the creation of lifestyle content. While at Setta, I was able to contribute to the agency's digital product strategy, creating products while working closely with developers to achieve high-quality results.
The program creates disruptive technologies for the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Throughout Insurtech, I was involved in the development of three startups using the Challenge Based Learning methodology, where I learned about web and mobile development while utilizing a range of design frameworks.
Collaboration with the end-user is critical. Understanding their emotions, ambitions, pain points, and motivations is critical for any design to succeed.
Good design is simple and thoughtful. Every element of the design should have a purpose, and the interface needs to focus on the essentials.
Using real-life data enables us to make better design choices and informs us whether the design fulfills its purpose.
